Ever woke up and felt such a heaviness you don;t know where its come from or what to do with it?

We all get that from time to time and it can be a number of things, stress, anxiety, being overwhelmed with life but really it is a spiritual attack. It is a spirit of heaviness that comes over you so you become stuck.
What can you do
Good question, well the best thing I find is to worship God in it. This can look like praying and thanking him, sometimes just saying his name over and over. Jesus, Jesus, Jesus, Jesus until the heaviness lifts, sometimes I end up on the floor in tears. Other times I put my worship songs on and take a moment to really listen to the words and sing them to him. For his glorious and wonderful in every circumstance.
God doesn't want us to rely on ourselves and the world, he wants us to turn to him, to lift the burdens, to take it all away. As believers we are to give everything to God, because he has already done it, on the cross he defeated every sin, even death and he lives again because he rose after death. This means every weight we carry is not ours to carry, we need to give it Jesus on the cross for it has been completed and it is finished.
Are you feeling that heaviness today? Turn to God. Pray, cry out to him. Put that worship music on, go for a walk, get yourself in nature and thank him that you are made out of all the people in the world because he loves you and didn't want this world without you!
JESUS LOVES YOU!
