We all know how important the oil is and how it represents Jesus's authority and power, so when we anoint ourselves, others and our homes there is power in cleansing the atmosphere. Spiritually this can be seen and you can also feel the effects physically. Just recently God led me to pray over our home and anoint each room to make sure anything not of God left. God led me to adapt this prayer from another prayer I found on YouTube and speak it aloud in my home. At the time I didn't anoint with oil as I had already done this a few days earlier but God showed me black figures leaving the front door int he spirit, the atmosphere completely changed and our little puppy will even go down the stairs (usually he would stay at the top and bark). Praise God that he leads us to do what is right and we see the atmosphere change around us.
Use this prayer in your own home and I would love to hear your experiences, do not be disappointed if you don't see or feel anything once it has been prayed, just know by faith that God is changing your home. You can use Olive oil to anoint your home, pop the oil in a bowl or container and pray over it with Gods blessing, giving thanks and praise to him, it is a physical representation from the heavenly realm, this is why we put this oil onto items. Anoint each corner of the door frames and windows and whatever else Holy Spirit leads you to do. I have been known to anoint my car and the garden and even the path ways in the street to our home as God leads me, this is for the Glory of God so no matter what it doesn't matter what you do as long as you are obedient to God (even if others watch and think you are odd). I would rather do what God is telling me to do than anyone else in this world. I pray that you ahve the boldness and courage to hear Gods instructions and take action.

The Prayer
Heavenly Father, the blood of Jesus cleanse this household and this house. We belong to God and I am a child of God. Invite Holy Spirit in the mighty name of Jesus to take his rightful place in this home. I choose to rejoice and be glad in it. Thank you for allowing me to have and build a home, I dedicate this home to you in your holy name Yeshua. Take authority and dominion right now over every scheme of the devil towards my life and those of this household and rebuke it in the mighty powerful name of Jesus. I take authority and right now over every scheme for no weapon formed against me or my loved ones will prosper. I do not wrestle against flesh and blood but against principalities against powers the rulers of darkness in this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in heavenly places. I put on the full Armour of God and stand firm with the belt of truth, for I have on the breastplate of righteousness and shod my feet with preparation of the Gospel of peace. I take the shield of faith and quench the enemies fiery darts and the helmet of salvation and the sword of the spirit to be alert and grant all prayers asked to you.
Lord grant me the gift of discernment so that i may rebuke and remove all spirits not of your from our home. I ask in Jesus mighty name for our home to be filled with Holy Spirit and your spirit to live and dwell in this home. By faith I come to you this day Lord as your humble servant, reveal to me Holy Spirit what to remove and pray and anoint this home with cleansing. I come to you by faith to show me all things that do not glorify you. I open my house to your holy army of angels may they all assist me with cleansing and ministering of all spirits that are not of you and take out the rubbish. Open every window of heaven upon our home that we may be able to live in Jacobs ladder. (GENESIS 28:10-28)
I pray that this is the reality in my home (Pslam 34:7) that angels will encamp all around those who fear him and deliver them. Thank you Adonai that your angels are here in our home and surrounding our loved ones in all areas, protecting them, preserving them and removing all distractions. Thank you father for the anointing that breaks and lifts ALL burdens I anoint all corners, stones and bricks of this home with the blood of Christ. Bless this home with peace and love to serve the Lord as in John 14:27.
Therefore I decree the same power that raised Christ from the dead and seated him up in the heavenly places resides in me and I am seated together with him. I believe your word therefore I know that this i my position and as a result of my position I stand on the authority given to me and rebuke every and any unclean spirits that claim ground on this property and land based on activities done by past occupants. to leave now and never return in Jesus name. I cover this house and family with the precious blood of Christ.
I pray that your favor may upon this household and upon this anointing for your word eliminates all ungodly things and your spirit seals it. Thank you Lord that it is finished. I decree and declare in the name of Jesus of Nazareth that has authority and dominion and power of the heavens and over the Earth that my house is HOLY GROUND.
I now enter into REST and decree that you keep me and my household in perfect peace for my mind is focused on you. Thank you Father for your protection, creativity, Love, favor, health, productivity and all other benefits of salvation resonating with your glory in this house. In Jesus name I pray and believe.
